Girls’ and Boys’ Day 2022
The nationwide action day for stereotype-free career orientation for boys and girls took place on 28 April 2022. At STÖBICH, too, interested kids had the chance to take a look and learn about the various apprenticeship professions in preventive fire protection.
10 pupils from the 5th-8th grade dropped by the training workshop at the central STÖBICH site in Goslar last Thursday. After the official welcome by the instructor, they went on a tour of the fire protection company. With the active support of the STÖBICH trainees, the children were then allowed to try their hand at various stations: They marked workpieces on the centre punch, worked at the soldering station, assembled a tentacle robot and built a relay circuit. The crowning glory of the day was the joint lunch and the subsequent fire test on the outdoor grounds. The participating girls and boys were enthusiastic, and the trainees also had fun.
At STÖBICH, individual as well as series solutions are developed, manufactured and installed worldwide. In total, training is provided in four different professions:
- Industrial clerks (m/f/d)
- Technical product designers (m/f/d)
- Construction mechanic (m/f/d)
- Mechatronics technician (m/f/d)
