STÖBICH trainee is doing an internship abroad in Spain
As a trainee in an international company like STÖBICH, you can get around a lot. Just like Mats-Henri Ackermann, who completed a three-week internship at STÖBICH Ibérica in Madrid in autumn 2021.
After several postponements due to Corona, he was still allowed to start: As part of his training as an industrial clerk with an additional qualification as a European clerk, Mats-Henri Ackermann spent three weeks in the Madrid office of STÖBICH Ibérica. There he mainly supported the preparation of offers. It was an advantage that Mats had already worked for the Spanish branch from the German location in Goslar. On site, he was able to get to know the special features of the Spanish market with its legal provisions and requirements and also came into contact with other countries to be looked after, such as Portugal.
In his free time, Mats explored the Spanish capital and its surroundings with numerous sights and even spent a weekend in Barcelona. His final conclusion: “I was warmly welcomed into the team and had interesting tasks. My recommendation for all STÖBICH trainees: Take the opportunity to do an internship abroad, that will really help you!”
Curious? Mats recorded his impressions of the internship in a blog.
By the way: Mats has just successfully completed his training. Congratulations! It will stay with us until the end of July - after that we can continue studying.
