The new clinic in Minden was inaugurated in March 2008 and is part of the Mühlen District Hospital Association. This particular new building is the Johannes-Wesling clinic in Minden, which has an 864-bed capacity. The clinic has been named after Johannes Wesling who was one of the most important physicians of his time in all of Europe.
